Add-On Procurement

We’re in the business of providing design consultation which provides our clients with design thinking expertise. As such, we de-couple design services from procurement services because this, while also a knowledge service, enables access to exclusive vendors and relationships developed over many years.

• Some global clients prefer to order their own furnishings from their local retail sources.
• Other clients prefer an item that is only available for purchase through trade relationships.

We offer our clients access to trade-only resources at a discounted trade rate for a minimum fee: $500 for trade orders up to $5,000 net plus 10% fees for orders over $5,000 (net) not inclusive of additional fees including but not limited to taxes, freight and delivery services.
For example:
• The painting or sofa you want retails at $12,500. After applying the trade discount ($2,500) the cost of goods is $10,000 net price (+ sales tax and delivery fees).
• If the client’s net order is $10,000 then the client pays the Designer minimum fee of $500 (for orders up to $5,000) plus $500 (10% of the remaining $5,000 of the total cost of goods net price of $10,000).
