Additional Services Hourly Rate

Some of our clients need additional work for an existing project, some want additional source selections, or maybe they want on-site independent oversight of their renovation (travel and lodging not included).
• We will provide a cost estimate of the time needed to realistically accomplish measurable goals and the Designer will not exceed that estimated allotment without our Client’s express written consent.
• While we provide this service at a flat rate we track hours and create and send, via email, and studio notifications a weekly update on time tracked to investment and progress on deliverables.
